The topic of today’s Two-Minute Leadership Talk, is “Getting the Right People in the Right Seat on the Right Bus”. There is more to hiring than getting “the right people for the job.” When you are adding to your team, you want to make sure you are getting the right people for the right job.

the right people for the jobHave you made a bad hire? If a team member isn’t fitting into their position, you need to look at the reasons why — and what was the reasoning for you putting them there in the first place.

Some outside perspective might be needed, and your evaluation methods may need to change. I’ll explain more in this video.
