MA, CAS – Associate
Jeremy Bagley comes to Level-Five Associates having served in a variety of leadership positions. He’s principle of the Bagley Consulting Company, where he advises companies on veterans hiring, retention and recruiting practices.
Prior to founding his own consulting company, Jeremy served as the Executive Director of the American Red Cross of Greater Rochester. He is a United States Army Veteran who saw combat in Iraq, as well as other international deployments.
After he was honorably discharged in 2004, Bagley served as Director of Information Technology and New Media at the Veterans Outreach Center prior to joining Nazareth College as its first ever Coordinator of Veterans’ Affairs, building the program to a #8 ranking in U.S. News & World Report’s list of Top Colleges for Veterans.
Jeremy has an A.A.S. in Business Administration from Finger Lakes Community College, a B.S. in Management/Marketing from Saint John Fisher College, and earned a Master of Arts from the State University of New York, Empire State College in 2014. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) beyond the Master’s Degree in Veterans Advocacy and Services.
Jeremy is a Rochester Rotarian, Chair of the Veteran Services Committee for Oak Hill Country Club’s 2016 Simpson Cup (international veterans golfing event), former Vice President of the Veterans Business Council, a member of the Rochester Gold Star Families Memorial Committee, and (among other things) is a sitting member of the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Committee’s Veterans Task Force. Jeremy even did a TED talk entitled “One Team, One Fight: A community approach to veteran reintegration.”
